1. I am a private
person, can I order from you?
Yes of course that is possible, our shop is especially for private
people and we
deliver over the whole world!
2. I have a shop, can
I order from you on wholesale
basis?
You can't order from us on wholesale basis, but when you email or fax a
certificate that you own a craftshop, you will get 10% discount on your
order.
Please contact us in advance about this!
3. How does this shop
work?
We have made a special helppage totally in English language, so just
look there!
4. Do you have a
minimal order amount?
No, we don't have a minimal order amount, you can order as much or as
less as
you want!
5. What are the
deliverycosts?
The deliverycosts depend of the weight of the order....so we don't have
standard
costs for foreign countries. For a package of 2 kilo's the
deliverycosts will be
about 7 Euro inside the EU, outside of the EU 9 Euro...
6. Your shoppingcart
isn't working, what to do?
It is possible you have a pop-upkiller that is working, please turn of
your
pop-up killer while ordering from our shop, than the shopping cart will
work..
When you have another problem with our shop, than it is also possible
to order
by email.
Tell us in your email the articlecodes* , description of the product ,
price and
quantity.
* The articlecode of a product you can find when you click on
"Vergroten" (=make larger) under a picture of the product...

7. How can I pay you?
You can pay by transfering money into our bankaccount or with paypal
(both
paying in advance)...With paypal you can also pay with creditcard or
mastercard.
8. How long does it
take before I will get my order?
As soon as we recieve your payment, we will send you order...than it
will take
about 7 days before you have it...
9. I have recieved my
order, but there is a problem with
my order, what to do?
Just email us
and together we will solve
your problem!
10. Can I visit you
in the Netherlands?
Unfortunately that isn't possible, we don't have a shop you can visit,
we are
only an internetshop.
11. Do you have a
catalogue with all your products?
Cause we have a very changing stock, we don't have a catalogue, all the
products
that we have in stock are in our online-shop!
12. Is your shop also
in English language, I can't
understand Dutch?
Our shop in only in Dutch language, but to help you we have some
translations to
English language: The names of our catagories and the colours.
